Reserved Tasting

We offer a Reserved Tasting consisting of the following:

  • Your Group (minimum 6) will have a reserved area in the tasting room or winery (depending upon size of group and availability of space)

  • Your Group will have a dedicated bartender

  • We begin with a brief presentation about Harbor Ridge Winery – history, vineyard, wines

  • Everyone samples our four best sellers. Each participant may choose up to two more wines to sample from our Popular Choice Wine Tasting. We then finish with Chocovine – a dessert wine.

  • One Sample of Cheese from Wisconsin Cheese Masters is paired with a sample of one of the four best sellers

  • One Sample of Chocolate is paired with a sample of one of the four best sellers

  • Reservations are required – preferably at least a two-week notice. If buses or groups show up with no reservation, they will not be turned away. We will do our best to accommodate your group, but it will not be a “reserved tasting.” An attempt will be made to find space for your group at the tasting bar alongside our other customers, potentially splitting up your group.

Time slots are predetermined as to not conflict with Daily Trolleys and other tours.

Fees

  • We collect $8.00 per person upfront, refunded if canceled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. Thereafter non-refundable.

  • After the fee is collected, we confirm the reserved date and time

  • No refunds for fewer participants than originally paid for

  • Additional participants will be charged $8.00 per person, to be collected from the group coordinator

  • Buses and or groups with reservations must show up within 15 minutes of their designated time or risk forfeiting their private tasting and all fees collected prior.

Please Note: A Reservation Request Form must be filled out completely to begin a reservation. You will receive a call from someone at Harbor Ridge Winery to finalize your reservation. Please fill out the form below.

Reservations are finalized upon payment of $8.00 per participant. At time of payment, the time slot agreed upon will be secured for the Group. No refunds if there are fewer participants than originally paid for. We will collect $8.00 for any participants over the number paid for from the Event Coordinator. Groups must arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation or risk forfeiting their reserved tasting and all fees paid. Please note: 4:30 time slot available May through October ONLY. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reserved date and time will receive a full refund. No refunds if not cancelled within 48 hours. Thank you for choosing Harbor Ridge Winery.
